Refrigerated Air Dryers
Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
A General Air Products TMR Cycling Dryer offers excellent energy saving benefits at a very competitive price. Our cycling refrigerated dryer line covers a broad airflow range of 15 to 525 SCFM with all models using a thermal mass medium for storage of the cooling energy. TMR Cycling dryers are designed to provide the maximum energy savings – up to 65% compared to non-cycling dryers - by cycling the refrigerant compressor on and off based on compressed air demand. TMR models provide extremely low pressure drops by using oversized condensers and evaporators that also helps minimize energy consumption.
Non-Cycling Refrigerated Compressed Air Dryers
A General Air Products DER Series Non-Cycling Refrigerated Dryer is designed to be price competitive while offering a full range of features and the reliability that is expected from a product that carries the five star General logo. Our line of non-cycling dryers range from 15 to 400 SCFM with a maximum working pressure of 188 psig and a maximum inlet air pressure of 100°F.
High Temperature Compressed Air Dryers
General Air Products HT Series High Temperature Refrigerated Dryers are designed to operate with inlet air temperatures up to 180°F and are very competitively priced.
Open up any High Temperature Refrigerated Dryer from General Air Products and you will find a large air-to-air heat exchanger - large enough to remove over half the heat load from the incoming air stream. This allows the dryer to operate with higher inlet temperatures in your application and also minimizes refrigeration system size resulting in reduced power requirements. The high temperature HT Series dryers have an air flow range from 30 to 400 SCFM with a maximum working pressure of 188 psig.
