Tabular Support Desiccants

Applications:

• Non-adsorptive material used to prevent smaller desiccant beads from obstructing the lower desiccant retaining screen
• Used in the lower vessel head to promote even flow distribution, reduce pressure drop and minimize channelling
• Placed at the top of the desiccant bed to promote even flow distribution and prevent fluidization of the active desiccant

Characteristics:

• Virtually no adsorption capacity
